Ingredients
Peppermint, Lemon Balm, Hibiscus (fine cut)
10g loose leaf tea & 10 x unbleached empty tea bags.
Once used just throw on the compost heap or in food waste bin.
The Ritual
Add 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea to your unbleached empty tea bag & seal.
Add to boiled water & steep for 5-7 minutes.
Take a slow breath as the steam rises, then sip slowly and allow the moment to centre you before stepping into the day.
